If the issue continues we have now narrowed the problem down to a very small number of people.

I was reminded that I missed another highly important thing about June.
Men’s Mental Health Month
It is a vital reminder that far too many men struggle in silence, and the consequences can be devastating.
**Men continue to face some of the highest suicide rates accounting for 3/4 successful attempts, often because they feel pressure to appear strong, self‑reliant, or unemotional. **
This month calls us to break that silence — to create space for honest conversations, to challenge stigma, and to remind every man that reaching out is an act of strength, not weakness.
Happy Pride Month
Happy Veteran Awareness month, and Happy PTSD Awareness month.
*Veterans and PTSD Awareness Month is a time to honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who have served, while also recognizing the invisible wounds many continue to carry.
It’s a moment to acknowledge their strength, listen to their stories, and reaffirm our commitment to supporting their healing.
By raising awareness and standing alongside them, we help ensure that no veteran faces their struggles alone.*
