The Gaming Plaza community has issued a strict announcement reinforcing zero tolerance for drama, hate speech, poor sportsmanship, and name-calling, emphasizing that respectful behavior is mandatory. The announcement details a clear, escalating ladder system for infractions, starting with verbal warnings and potentially leading to mutes, kicks, or bans. Users are instructed to report issues privately through the designated help channel rather than escalating conflict publicly.

Hopefully now that things are simmered, I am making an official announcement from this moment forward. This is to be taken seriously, any indication of horseplay or signs of this issue arising, upon review from staff, members will be warned once and removed second.
The staff and Owner of Apex Plaza does not condone any drama, hate speech, poor sport behavior, nor any name calling. This is a server dedicated to find your teammates, have fun, play competitively, or to just chat with others. If you can't be respectful, civil, and learn to agree to disagree, this server is not for you and we have no issue to remove you.
If you have an issue with another user:
- REPORT THEM TO US. We do not accept formal complaints (e.g., VC, DM), report them to the appropriate channel via #❔「contact-staff
- Beef out issues in DMS, we don't want drama nor problems in the server.
- Block or Ignore them. The feature is a thing for a reason.
- Do not spam ping other members to invoke your case. It's in the rules to not spam mention other members.
Rules are still rules, NO ONE is an exception from them.
If staff give you a verbal and actual warning, cease and dismiss the conversation or actions you are doing to get warned.
Our Ladder System
Once again we have a ladder system, these are the steps we take for infractions or problems. Once you've been warned verbally twice, you get 3 strikes for an actual warning, last resort is Mute, Kick, or Ban, depending on your actions.
Our Steps
Give a verbal warning, the limit is 2.
↓
Give an actual warning, the limit is 3.
↓
Mute the user; minimum: 5min , maximum: 5hrs.
[Deafen if in Voice channels]
↓ OR
Kick the user.
↓ OR
Ban the user, maximum: 1 day.
Just a personal reminder, this is my server, if I feel you are a threat to the server, I will remove you myself, no warnings, no nothing.
