If you have issues with another user, we implore you to submit a ticket to staff, we can't always be present during any conflicts, nor can we help you if you do not inform us!
We have a system that takes time. Due to staff being fully volunteer, they are not getting paid to be online 24/7, please keep this in mind before DMing anyone, or wanting to leave the server. The process may take a while but we go through issues thoroughly!
In the meantime please block anyone who is involved until we can address or approach the situation accordingly.
