Greetings to all. I trust that everyone is doing well. We have experienced a few departures from the server, and some individuals are being demoted from the staff team.
Recently, we have encountered incidents involving trolls and inappropriate individuals joining the chatroom. I apologize that all of you younger members had to face such situations.
To those who are being demoted, it is due to a lack of activity, underperformance in specific scenarios, mental health challenges, or a perceived mismatch with your role. I sincerely hope that you choose to remain in this chat and continue to engage with us.
To the staff members, I urge you to trust your judgment and utilize the commands when faced with similar circumstances. We are all in a learning process. Remember, we can always reverse a ban or a kick, which poses no risk (unless one has gone rogue).
To the users, I encourage you to be kind to one another and strive to avoid creating drama. We do not wish for users to leave due to hostility.
