Froslass was probably slower in the tournament in on itself but this is the creep you should hit in mb for staraptor and metagross

Yeah basic veil team
Lead is frosslass plus sneasler with gambit and Basc in the back
Unless you see a mu with a lot of steels/some trick room teams/mus that froslass struggles a lot even with help from the pattern in which you lead scovillain and an attacker of your choice
In every yard MU you should lead froslass lycanroc
Threaten the OHKO and double tect if it's Venu to bait out protect
And then acce plus blizz get a kill or get Venu to sash
Making it prio bait
In the staraptor mu which is the Mon you will see the most on the ladder
You lead your classic lead
And then blizzard hard switch Basc
Like in general
You want two ghosts in fron of staraptor
Or tailwind denial causing fross to 1v1
Without further damage
If you see a staraptor always and I mean always switch double ghost into it
Even if it's not mega that allows you to just completely shut it down
Because it's clicking final gambit
A lot of trick room teams have begun leading giraffe and staraptor
Colbur/sitrus and scarf
Clicking gambit tr
Into this your best bet is to lead fros gambit
Get defiant due to intim
Hard switch Basc on gambit slot and veil up
Then proceed to click shadow ball on staraptor and wave crash on giraffe
That gets you enough of chip on giraffe to let Gambit kill it whenever it's coming in again
And enough cheap on whatever is switching in on the staraptor slot
If staraptor doesn't switch repeat the play until giraffe is in KO range
And then blizzard
Thus you are stalling the maximum amount of trick room turns

Try to make hard plays

Any Mon gone makes one of your one a stronger endgame cleaner
Try to call out protects and do not be afraid to swords dance or assume your opponent is switching
Also always assume you survive something in veil until proven wroz

I lwk wanna get champion ranked etc this season
Froslass takes a scarf shadow ball, which is already rare in on itself. I suggest fake out staraptor T1 click tect with froslass no mega. If gholdengo clicks mir then it's -1 and you get easy veil and abuse it. If it attacks before staraptor gets flinched then it's scarf and you should switch froslass to gambit. If not it's definitely lorb in which case you are completely free to set a veil up and go hard badc
Basc
If it's scarf you probably switch sneasler to basc to deny any cc boosts asw
No one is leading those two though
It's either whims plus gholdengo or whims plus staraptor in these teams
Both of which die to froslass sneasler lead
Yeah fake out whims aurora veil and hard double switch
Froslass to gambit and sneasler to basc
Then you get a lot of pressure
Gambit gets a free SD up in this scenario
And you can attack either with basc since you take a shadow ball moonblast double more than easily
Staraptor cannot switch in because it gives you defiant and it's not a fighting type yet
Your opponent is not on the back foot, he's struggling to come back in this scenario
Also most of these teams at high level do not bring staraptor into me
And it's mega raichu Y
That can be more tricky
But it dies to sucker punch gambit
You just have to hit all the 50/50s
And gambit absolutely cleans
