Was testing Sceptile with Bellibolt first, but it's important to have a faster duo and I had Rotom-Heat sitting in my box pretty much since I downloaded the game a month ago so better make use of it
The duo works really well and Mawile is another powerful mega option.
Aero provides Tailwind and Wide Guard support + very needed Rock and Flying coverage
Basc and Sneasler are just great powerful coverage + fake out support
Very straightforward, but should have room for improvement.
I'm thinking replacing Coaching for Protect would make more sense in this team and also Mystic Water instead of Sitrus on Basc is probably a stronger option.
Open for any kinds of suggestions!

let's go
EV'd Basc to survive non-Black Glasses Kingambit's Sucker Punch but that's it for now, surely there more to do with the spreads
Max attack on basc
Protect over coaching
More beneficial for you
Trick over discharge unless discharge has a clear purpose
Consider taunt on aero if tr is a issue
Discharge is there to combo with Mega Sceptile, buffing their Special Attack
Taunt sounds amazing! Have been struggling against TR in the ladder
Cybertron just posted a cool Sceptile team. Lemme get it rq
does the team really have an answer for rain teams?
Mega Sceptile, Choice Scarf Rotom-Heat, Sitrus Basculegion, Sashed Aero, Life Orb Chomp, and Mega floette was the team he posted. I'm sure Sylveon can be put in place of the Floette tho
Sceptile for Swampert, Sneasler for Archaludon and Rotom for Pelipper
Earth Power on Sceptile also does surprisingly good damage
I happen to have a Mega Floette but I really like Mawile and like how she is a good counter to opponent Floettes that Sceptile would not like to face
In my experience, Light of Ruin is a pretty good counter to Light of Ruin lol
Nuke kills nuke
Light of Ruin truly an absurd move
Nukes anything
I'm afraid if I add Floette to the team I'll never play Sceptile lol
"Oh but you take all that recoil!"
Yeah the opposing dude took a little bit more damage, though.
Current iteration. Wanted to try Palafin as I never played before and it can be strong but I feel I'm making my life too more difficult than it could be with this team lol
I'm probably going back to Basculegion instead, and also not fully settle on Farigiraf. I felt like it could be a great check to Sneasler, but I'm no even encountering many Sneaslers on ladder
I also feel like I need better coverage overall

Yeah palifin is good because of jet punch but basc has last respects which just hits like a truck
The big thing with palafin is there are almost no things he does that basc doesn't do as good or better
Basc also gets aqua jet
Just absolutely wrecked a Mega Staraptor/Garchomp team with Mawile and Farig with Trick Room, guess I'm keeping the giraffe
And yeah, will definitely replacing Palafin for Basc now
My thing is though: I feel weak against Kingambit
Palafin have Close Combat, which is very nice to have and was actually the only fighting type move in the team
My only super effective move on Kingambit are Earth Power on Sceptile and Overheat on Rotom
I even considered Brick Break on Mawile that would also be good to get rid of Reflect, but can't really replace anything on Mawile's moveset
So if I see gambit in team preview I'm will need to go with Sceptile and Rotom for sure
Btw another big threat for this team is Archaludon. Only Earth Power hits it for super effective. A lot of responsibility for Sceptile
Palafin is real bad yeah
Basc shines in such tailroom
Update here refined EVs and some movesets and got more used with playing the team, feels very solid atm!
Dropped Taunt on Aero for Wide Guard as it's generally way more helpful in the current meta.
Pondering about replacing Foul Play with Protect on Giraf to be able to play safer, but I like to have the option to do solid damage into opponent ghost and psychic types as Twin Beam is only really threatening against Sneasler (although it did wonders against Venusaur once too)
Overall very happy with how this team turned out
