Sun and sand team
I am running a dual sun and sand team but i don't know any matchups like when should I use sand team I am good with sun team but can anyone tell me when to use sand team?
Or if there is any better team than my current one
I have only played DS and gameboy games before no switch games so i don't have access to pokemon home

Thats not the main point tho, thst team has two weathers meaning that you can never bring ttar and yard to the same game, 4 rockslide attackers which sure rockslide spamming is fine but at a certain point you are just ignoring other moves that you could use with it, a venu and excadrill who have similar purpouses and yet again are difficult to use together and multiple pokemon using items that the others would rly want while overlapping in types and roles
The 6 pokemon being used are good but the team itself is extremely bad synegerily

At the start when i started playing vgc i played heatrann heat wave spam and kyogre water spout spam than gradually started Building more and more tò cover weaknesses and started building
But thats the point tho, you are supposed to struggle using a team in order to learn how it works and then change what you don't like
I do t think ppl are stupid and use only thst team
At a certain point they are gonna start losing and start testing whit other mons other moved etc
