This channel has been set up to receive official Discord announcements for admins and moderators of Community servers. We'll let you know about important updates, such as new moderation features or changes to your server's eligibility for Server Discovery, here.
You can change which channel these messages are sent to at any time inside Server Settings. We recommend choosing your staff channel, as some information may be sensitive to your server.

Discord Backup Plan: Root Community Server
I've been hearing news about Discord being banned already or some people in the country depending on the ISP. I've already made a back-up server using Root (https://www.rootapp.com/), which is basically a Discord clone. It still needs a few tweaks but at least it won't be too tedious to rebuild the entire server.
If worse comes to worst, VPN may be needed to access the server here on Discord. But I know some can't really afford to spend for a subscription for a good VPN. Last resort would probably be to migrate to Root.
For now I'll keep watch on the local news. So far, Discord and Reddit have agreed to the terms of our government so there shouldn't be a complete ban just yet.
Root - Not Just Chat, Built for Action
Root is a next-generation social platform that combines communication tools with a customizable app framework, allowing communities to organize, coordinate, and extend their functionality through apps.

Good news, a recent client has helped me pay part of what I owe, now I just need to do that comic commission. So, to everyone else who has asked for a refund but hasn't, please wait, I don't want to close everything just because my new clients got a little aggressive with me.
Nekoni Love Cult Donation Appeal and Server Update
I think some clients found out about my other account, opened cases, and are now taking money from my work account. I've already lost everything.
It might be offensive of me, but I'll have to ask for donations to stop this, or I won't be able to earn any more commissions and I'll have to close all my accounts and this server.

Don't worry, I have my backup account that I use for work, but I only have to pay a small amount due to an unnecessary expense my family used for Fortnite.
Art Commission Account Permanently Deactivated
I'm just here to say that my main account for art commissions has been permanently deactivated, since I wasn't receiving any more transfers or my backup account was often doing more maintenance on it. The main account only paid those who requested a refund, so nekosuki.arts was deleted.

I don’t want donations or handouts because that would be a waste of money or time; I just want to be able to finish them through hard work. Ever since I sold my workshop to pay for my house, things have gotten complicated for me—from my laptop breaking down to not having internet, or the power going out every other day. That’s why I’m doing whatever it takes to make up for everything you’ve lost because of me, just because my family wouldn’t leave me alone.

They've been causing trouble again. I have to close comms on hold until next month, so if you've requested a commission, please DM me so I can finish everything this month. Due to family and work issues, I had to sell my house to help them out.
