Hey guys! Here are some latest updates for this week:
- We are mainly working on the feature where we can automatically learn from your Discord knowledge. We are still finalizing a couple of details and optimizing our algorithm to make the process scalable.
Discord knowledge discovery proved to be more challenging than initially expected. Gemini tripled its API cost, also putting a hold on our progress. However, we are close to completing this feature.
- After we implement the Discord knowledge update feature, we will work on a hybrid approach, where we essentially direct unanswered questions to humans for handling. We expect Hybrid to be a relatively easy feature to implement due to all the foundational work we are doing with Discord Knowledge Discovery.
You should have both features by the end of next week, assuming no issues arise.
