New Bi-Monthly Stage: Community Management Tips
Summary
CommunityOne is launching a new bi-monthly Discord stage focused on sharing fresh, live tips and tricks for community management, largely derived from their substack blog. To accommodate busy schedules, all sessions will be recorded, uploaded to YouTube, and summarized in text on the Discord. This initiative aims to connect with all stakeholders, provide free management advice to smaller projects, and encourage continued building.
We are going to host a regular bi-monthly discord stage if you are interested in join. Our main topic is going to be about our substack blog. We will talk about tips and tricks on community management. Many of the insights will be fresh and live. (We are experimenting the same way as you guys are!)
I know many of you are super busy, so feel free to not attend! We know the stats on attendance rate, given that discord is a global community.
In response:
(1) We are also going to record all of our event and we are going to upload to youtube (to build up our youtube)
(2) We are going to summarize what is happening in each event and share the summary on this discord in text.

Why we are doing this?
(1) We've been doing regular townhalls for almost a year for our mods, we want to stay connected with all of our stakeholders now that we also have product users.
(2) Spark will continue to be free. I know some of the smaller projects are short on budget and can't really engage with us on analytics (1-1) basis. We hope that you continue to build just like we are and our blogs/advice could give you new ideas on how to most efficiently manage your community (for free now, maybe use our paid products later!)
We are intergrating with collab land for Spark this wednesday!
