What does the ban emoji mean?

The ultimate expression of chaotic, wide-eyed mischief.

This emoji features a distorted, close-up shot of Jerry Mouse from the classic Tom & Jerry cartoon, often used to convey a sense of unhinged amusement or chaotic energy. In Discord communities, it is frequently employed as a reaction to absurd situations, trolling, or when someone is acting particularly suspicious or mischievous. Its low-resolution, 'deep-fried' aesthetic adds to the comedic impact, making it a staple for meme-heavy servers.
