What does the bigbrain emoji mean?

When your intellect reaches a level that transcends physical reality.

This is the iconic 'Expanding Brain' meme, a staple of internet culture used to ironically rank ideas from simple to absurdly complex. In Discord, it is the ultimate reaction to someone sharing a galaxy-brain take, a convoluted plan, or an overly intellectualized joke.

When to use it

  • Acknowledging a truly genius level idea
  • Mocking someone with an overly complex plan
  • Reacting to a massive intellectual breakthrough
  • Celebrating a ridiculous but clever solution
