What does the Seisure emoji mean?

A chaotic, rapidly shifting facial distortion that perfectly captures pure internet absurdity.

This emoji, commonly known as 'Seizure' or 'Distortion', features a rapid-fire sequence of a person's face undergoing extreme, surreal warping effects. It is a staple in meme-heavy Discord servers, used to express overwhelming confusion, chaotic energy, or to mock a particularly bizarre statement in chat. The jarring, low-quality aesthetic is intentional, leaning into the 'deep-fried' meme culture that thrives on visual chaos.

When to use it

  • Reacting to completely nonsensical or chaotic messages
  • Expressing extreme confusion during a weird conversation
  • Adding visual chaos to a funny chat moment
  • Mocking someone who just said something absurd
