What does the cool emoji mean?

A goofy, wide-eyed cat giving a chill shaka sign.

This emoji features a wide-angle, distorted photo of a cat with a vacant, humorous expression, overlaid with a 'shaka' or 'hang loose' hand gesture. It is a staple of chaotic internet humor, often used to signal that someone is playing it cool despite a ridiculous situation. Perfect for Discord servers that embrace surreal animal memes and laid-back, ironic reactions.
