The #🕯️・.ıl Serious Talks lı. is a space to respectfully discuss heavier topics that may not be appropriate to discuss in a general VC.
These topics include:
- Politics & controversial current events
- Real-life issues (jobs, relationships, family, finances)
- Mental health struggles
- Sharing personal experiences/stories that may involve trauma (not trauma-dumping) or any of the topics above
Think of it as #☕・deep-dive-forum but a VC version!
Why tho? 
We want to continue fostering a community were everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. We've noticed that VCs have a tendency to get dominated by heavy topics, resulting in others feeling uncomfortable or excluded. We made the #🕯️・.ıl Serious Talks lı. to redirect those conversations out of the common areas into a dedicated space.
