IMPORTANT TICKET / COOLDOWN NOTICE
To keep the server organised and prevent abuse, we are enforcing stricter rules regarding tickets and cooldowns.
Cooldown Avoidance (Not Allowed)
Attempting to avoid chat cooldowns by:
opening tickets to talk
switching channels to bypass cooldown
spamming multiple channels/tickets
will result in an immediate mute.
There will be no warnings for intentional cooldown bypassing.
Ticket Abuse (Not Allowed)
Tickets are for support and serious issues, not for:
small/basic questions that can easily be asked in #general
trolling/joke tickets
wasting staff time
If you open troll tickets or repeatedly misuse the ticket system, you will receive a:
Ticket Blacklist
Being ticket blacklisted means:
you will not be able to open tickets
and you will NOT be able to claim prizes if you win a giveaway/event/tournament, since tickets are required for prize claiming
Important Reminder
Misusing tickets slows down real support for members who genuinely need help.
Please respect staff time and use the correct channels.
