as per https://discord.com/channels/1435676551604867255/1469698775286157565/1491109994878468166 we will RP one day a week BUT are allowed canon RPs after hours as long as a @Mod Team is present. Which begs the question
"When will we RP?" I hear you ask! and a wonderful question!
A new 2 set of polls will be sent out in #polls today asking that question!
"But Saviour! When ACTUALLY will the RP start" Another FINE question
and i have the answer! Soon!
"How soon" As soon as we get a canonical knuckles and eggman player soon! As soon as those polls end and we have an eggman player and a knuckles player, we can officially begin the first ever session of Balance of Mobius!
So the sooner y'all apply for characters, the sooner we can start our adventure!

As soon as we have a Sonic the Hedgehog and a Metal Sonic OR Eggman (preferably both but will take one or the other) I will willingly start the RP!
And don't forget that as per https://discord.com/channels/1435676551604867255/1469698775286157565/1470786122576691202, you all are allowed to RP whenever you like BUT for fights, character deaths, ring collection or other similar things, you MUST ping a @Mod Team to supervise and ensure no power gaming happens!
(if your unsure but know its an important event, just ping a mod team and double check, worst that happens is we say no and go about our days with you RPing as usual!)

No real ping since this isn't extremely important at the moment, but to prevent some issues with characters dying.
There is ONE singular location you can defy death inside, im not saying which one it is..
BUT!
That location is very important to the plot.. so expect the location to be extremely dangerous.

Okay! Since nobody has applied for anything, I will update the character registration! You all are allowed to apply for any character you wish to apply for! check #rough-character-guide for the list of characters planned!
Bare in mind most of them will need skill and perk trees making SO you can apply but expect a slight delay in them appearing in #heroic-cast #neutral-cast #villainous-cast! happy applying
oh and to let everyone know how: you go to #『📚』➩┆manual and copy that template then go to #『📨』➩┆character-registration and make a post for your character then fill out that template THEN go to #practice-rp and make a practice RP as your character with the "Character Application" tag!
Preferably with a ping to me btw

Oh and here is a list of characters currently free to apply for! (Yes, only one is listed in #heroic-cast BUT they are free, its just their kits need subtle rewording which I do NOT wish to do on mobile in college so they will be released later tonight but rest assured, your allowed to apply for them!)

Balance of Mobius Polls & Rule Update

There are multiple new polls up and some old ones thanks to the influx of people!
Now as a result, the server is becoming much more active and better moderated
Also an update to rule S-2 can be seen in the screenshot!
Now I will do 1 poll here as I do know my plans are a bit far away: Should I poll for moving the official RP start date closer?
1: Yes, we want say in when the RP should start
2: No, leave the start date for the summer as it gives admins plenty of time to finalise the server before players can RP
also follow up to this @Member (sorry for the multi-ping, just wanted to say this)

The polls have come to a close and it has been voted to allow OCs later down the line AND to be a more simple server so the souls stuff has been removed and the RP will officially start in summer
In the mean time, characters will be created and perk trees will be created
However, I will ask a large favour of you all: invite any of your friends you think may be interested in this RP! The admins will be working on lore and characters but we need people interested, otherwise it will all be for nothing!
Also as a reminder from the 6th's announcement: we need places to advertise so please, if anyone knows ANY place to advertise (public server, a server which may do a partnership with us or ANY OTHER PLACE AT ALL) put it in suggestions!

I have spoken to the head admin and decided to postpone the RP till summer HOWEVER it is not forgotten
we will be ||~~should be~~|| working on characters in #heroic-cast #neutral-cast #villainous-cast to have enough people for the start of the rp
and to those with reserved characters: You will be keeping them most likely
anyone with suggestions for perk/skill trees for characters, put them in #suggestions!
