🎁 Giveaway / Gift Notice
With the recent "MMO ECONOMY" announcement I've noticed a few questions and suggestions appear related to the system. To ensure the reward system on the server is clear for everyone I've decided to make this notice and will include it in the appropriate channels. 📌
All prizes in our giveaways and events are gifts from the organizer which is me - a private entity, and they will forever be given completely free of charge. 🆓
According to Polish law: 📜
- This is a gift under Art. 888 Kodeksu cywilnego.
- It is illegal for participants to pay money to take part in giveaways under the ustawa z 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych; therefore, no paid entries/parts exist and will ever exist.
- Recipients are fully responsible for any gift tax under the ustawa z 28 lipca 1983 r. o podatku od spadków i darowizn, and must comply with their local laws if the prize exceeds applicable thresholds.
- The organizer (which is me) does not charge any fees for taking part and is not responsible for recipients’ tax obligations.
Everything is just for fun and to give back to YOU! At the end of the day, remember that this is all a gift. 🎁
