CommunityOne is introducing a new "one-click help button" designed to streamline support by automatically collecting necessary information when users encounter setup issues. Members are asked to vote on the name for this new feature. The voting is taking place on the newly merged server, and users are directed to the announcement channel there to cast their ballot.
Hi we are going to push out a "one-click help bottom" where if you face any issues with the setup, you click and we will ask for the issues and also automatically collect all the necessary info to speed up the help process.
