To keep things safe and fair for the community, we’ve banned a number of accounts that were engaged in malicious activities such as:
- Using multiple wallets to game the system
- Submitting fraudulent information
- Exploiting referral mechanics
This helps protect the rewards for real community members.

⛽ ETH Requirement
Don’t forget — you’ll need a small amount of ETH in your wallet to successfully claim your tokens. This isn’t a fee from us; it’s just the Ethereum network’s gas cost for processing the transaction. Without ETH, it is possible that the claim may not be processed.

📩 Support Cases
If you’ve already opened a case with us, thank you for your patience. We’re actively working through them, and you’ll receive a response in the coming days — no later than this Friday.
