The Rusty Steel scuffed server community has posted a tutorial explaining how members can gain access to extra roles and channels. Users must navigate to the "channels & roles" section, select the relevant category, and then explicitly choose the roles and channels they wish to see. This process is crucial because failing to select desired options will result in those channels remaining hidden, regardless of the user's assigned roles.
Anyway there is a tutorial to get extra roles and channels if someone doesn't know how to :
1. Go to the channels & roles, it should be at the top
2. Select the category
3. Select the roles and channels you want or dont want, if you don't select them no matter what role you have you won't see them
