So during this outage I lost massive amounts of data from my databases. Entire tables gone, millions of rows missing on others.
Do we know if there’s ongoing issues with it coming back up etc?
I can restore and lose a day and a half but I don’t want to if there’s any chance it’s just still having issues and coming back.
Agent chat is erroring, won’t allow live agent, and email to support went unanswered.
