I've never used that format lol
but fairly similar to others
for doubles i do ubers, and reg J (the darkais were a pain)
But mostly ubers now
now that reg j is gone
Its not easy fighting a team thats just restricted but it helps me practice a lot
I mainly use showdown bc im too lazy to do the whole process of getting the right EVs and egg moves (scraggy's fake out)
Back in SwSh I used a hacked mon via a trading bot because I didnt want to play the Dlc again to get one then EV farm. I felt really bad about winning a few matches with it so I released it and got one legitimately
