Yorkshire pudding, take four eggs, just shy of a cup of flour, a cup of milk, and a pinch of salt and immersion blend it smooth and let it sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes but overnight is better. Get a muffin tin for a dozen and put about a tablespoon of beef fat into each muffin mold and put it into a 400f oven for about 10-15 minutes till smoking hot then quickly add batter into the molds and put it back into the oven before it cools and cook for about 25-30 minutes (my oven likes about 26). Serve hot and with gravy or, cold with jam, or whatever, Iโm not your boss
