Septoplasty / Rhinoplasty - Dr recommendations?

Hey all, I'm looking to do a septo surgey soon, maybe before Christmas, to correct severe breathing issues. I'd consider a rhino as well since I'm going under anyway, for my big a** nose. Slight corrections are needed aesthetically, would like a Dr that can produce "manly" results not tiny noses.
I'm a male in 30s if that matters.

Can you please recommend a Dr you've seen or had success with? Personal experiences are appreciated, I'm mainly looking for people who did both septo / rhino at once.

Hello!
My question is mainly targeted for parents but would love everyones opinion.
How much do you think a household should earn a month to be able to think about having a kid?
Not a luxurious life but be able to get everything we need and be able to live a normal life without being broke at the end of the month.
Keep in mind there’s no rent, and no tuition since one of the parents is a teacher so free tuition.
