Sapien PoQ Launch: App Closing and USDC Reporting

Join Community

Summary

Sapien is closing its current app as it prepares for the launch of its Proof of Quality (PoQ) protocol, which turns quality judgments into verifiable on-chain signals for AI. Users with pending USDC payouts must report their claims via customer service between March 5th and March 11th, 5pm EST. Unstaking will remain available after the app closes, and the community is encouraged to join the early adopters list for PoQ access.

Proof of Quality is almost here. As we finalize the protocol for launch, the current Sapien app will be closing down.

Task access closes at the time of this announcement. See below for details on pending USDC payouts and unstaking.

We’ll share launch details and access information soon.

If you have pending USDC that has not been paid out, you must report it during the coming week. Beyond this, the team is working hard to resolve any outstanding issues related to pending tasks.

Reporting opens: March 5th, 5pm EST
Reporting closes: March 11th, 5pm EST

Submit your report through our standard customer service channels. https://sapien.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Include:

  • Your account identifier (email/username and wallet address if applicable)
  • The total pending amount shown in the app
  • Any other relevant details that help us verify the claim.
  • Reports submitted outside the reporting window may not be eligible for review as we wind down the current app’s payout workflows.

If you already have a report sent to us, we will get back to you!

Unstaking will remain available after task access closes. At this time, there is no deadline for unstaking.

Questions about unstaking can be directed to our customer support. Unstaking related issues will continue to be handled after the pending USDC deadline.

PoQ is protocol infrastructure that turns quality judgments into verifiable, onchain signals for AI. Contributors stake, validators reach consensus, and the result gets attested permanently.

Human or AI. Any data type. Any pipeline.

We’re in final audits before launch. Get on the early adopters list for priority access when we go live.
