This document is a response to a document made by someone attempting to halt our game's development and support. After finding out the type of apology the author wanted to see (shown in the screenshot below), I will follow their request. I will address every point made in their document, apologiz...

For comparison, Ecos has been accused of grooming minors and participating in zoophile roleplays.

The document is literally grasping at straws.
Here's literally something it said:
"Many people are trying to find alternatives to Ecos: La Brea after the documents that have been released, but this development team is trying to take advantage of this fact."
What does "taking advantage" even mean? What? You're literally grasping at straws here.

What, are you defending the ECOS docs? This literally makes no sense. I think that if people found out a community they were in had developers accused of horrible things, they wouldn't want to be involved with them, yes?

Additionally, they were also saying and trying to cancel us out because of the ages of our mods.
Like, leave us alone? There are so many other games or communities where their mods are also young. Are you not making a doc about them?
Yes, we've increased the age of mod applications now, but I'm still baffled by the fact that they dared to bring up the age requirements.
THEY apply for the role, then THEY know what is expected, and THEY know that they will see things they probably won't want to. But they still chose anyway. So, putting that on the doc is completely unnecessary.

Also, I would like to mention that Ticky apologized several times.
He apologized again and again.
We are all human. We all make mistakes. Making a doc about something that happened NOT EVEN recently is a bit far-fetched in the first place.
He already said what he said. And he wants to put it behind him.

The point of the document was to spread awareness. Which means the document needs to be changed.
So there will be a change.
And there has.

So please, if you're the one who happened to go out of their way and take IDs of our whole staff team, just because ONE SINGLE person did something bad, then that's just babyish. The other mods haven't even done anything wrong. Stop putting a target on their back and leaking their Discord information! Please!

He apologized; there has been progress, we've changed, and change has happened. Please, stop holding a grudge against us. We're all human, and humans make mistakes. It was a stupid mistake, yes, we know, but still a mistake he will grow from.

This whole document thing is crazy, and I'm so goddamn tired of it. There's so much worse stuff going on, and they chose to make a doc about an owner's animal game whose Discord server hasn't even reached 500 members.

I don't want to say "it's not that deep"—but there's a limit.

I would also like to add on that it is an invasion of privacy to our head moderators who have had their profiles added onto there for no reason at all. They don't deserve their IDs to be up there, and they are shamed for doing nothing.

Hello.. Massive apology incoming

I woke up today to notice over 10 discord DM's.
When looking through them, I found out someone had picked out every single key detail to try get you taken down.

No.. I don't think what I said was correct. I seriously used the wrong words there (Was being ableist without knowing. I had no idea what the word meant, now I do) , I shouldn't have. Sometimes when you see a word too much, you say it too much - This is an issue.
I understand we have a doc, but seriously listing all of my staffs ID, usernames, profile, etc??!? THAT'S CRAZY

I would like to owe you ALL a big apology because of what I said, and what my past is.
Some people seem to take this as a chance to get the game taken down - that is not happening.
I embraced my ban from ecos, and learnt from it back in 2024 -> 2025. Yes, I was banned in 2024, was told to wait a year, and they instantly declined the appeal. Why it's still being brought up, I'm not sure.

I don't exactly like how all my head staff have their names on the list with ID and everything. To me this seems ridiculous as they aren't even involved, and I am here to take the blame.
Should I have said that stuff? No.
Do I regret it? Yes.
Will it ever happen again? No.

Ecos has done 10x worse than us. Over 10x more docs. Over 10x more content to PUT in those docs

1) Get pinged and get it in bulk, like all the animation videos in one message and a preview of all the variants in one image once done.

2) get pinged for every individual animation for the Smilodon that's done, and every texture variant, etc

We know pings can be annoying, so we'd like to get your opinion on this.

Also

Ticky find it pretty hard NOT to send stuff in development, so if 1 is chosen as the majority, everything else will be sent in special previews (booster/EA previews).

The special previews channel is constantly busy, and you see so much more behind the scenes. The first teaser of the Smilodon skin was posted there, so you guys should lowkey boost

If the majority does pick 2, special previews will obviously still be pretty busy, but it will be more so seeing things EARLY rather than just viewed for boosters eyes only.
