A new support panel system has been implemented to guarantee fast, efficient, and professional responses. With our customized bot ** @NextraTL Manager **, users will now be able to submit tickets to the ** #🆘・support ** rather than asking questions in the chat rooms. This ensures that personal information remains private and allows the administration to attend to users’ problems effectively.

In addition, the ** #🎉・giveaways ** is connected, providing an easy means for users to take part in giveaways and have their names rolled out via the proper channel.

The ** #🔼・level-notifs ** has also gone live to encourage active participation among users. Points will be earned from engaging in discussions in the ** #💬・general ** and ** #📷・media ** channels. The higher one’s rank becomes, the more advanced roles and privileges he will be able to access. Our aim is to create a more professional and competitive environment where everything is easy to understand and manage. Some features may still be adjusting during this time, so we appreciate your patience as we finalize the setup.

We’ve rolled out several new features to improve gameplay and help new players settle in smoothly.

New Features Added:
- /rtp – Randomly teleport to explore new lands
- /tpa – Teleport to your friends easily
- /back – Return to your last location
- /sethome – Save and return to your base anytime
- Keep Inventory enabled (temporary while players progress)

Player Protection:
- Newbie Protection – New players cannot be attacked for the first 10 minutes after joining.

Spawn Improvements:
- Brand new Spawn Area
- Spawn NPC – Click to randomly teleport anywhere
- Spawn Grief Protection – Spawn is fully protected

IMPORTANT REMINDER ‼️

To keep things organized and fair, we need everyone to follow these simple rules:

  • ​ Be Patient: Our testing team is made up of humans, not robots. We will get to you as fast as we can but there might be a queue.
  • ​ Respect the Staff: Please do not ping testers repeatedly or spam "When is it my turn?" This actually makes the process slower for everyone.
  • ​ Stay Ready: When a tester is available, they will call for the next person. If you aren't ready when called, tester will have to move to the next person in line.

​If you’re confused about how the tiers work or have any questions about the process, just ask our "Support Staff". They are here to help you out and make sure everything runs smoothly.
