STAFF APPLICATIONS
Staff is an important role responsible for supporting and managing the community. This application is for members who wish to be considered for an official staff position.
Staff members help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment by assisting members, answering questions, enforcing server rules, and handling issues when necessary. Staff members represent the community and are expected to act professionally, responsibly, and fairly at all times.
Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills, maturity, and reliability. Staff members are expected to respect privacy, protect sensitive information, remain neutral in conflicts, and escalate serious matters appropriately. Staff should also work closely with the staff team, communicate clearly, and help promote transparency while keeping the community organized and secure

REQUIREMENTS - Please ensure that you meet all requirements before applying!
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- You have the ability to work collaboratively and respect others opinions
- Capable of addressing sensitive, uncomfortable, or triggering topics
- Have @👥・Visitor roles
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATIONS:
- You do not meet requirements
- You have recent or active disciplinary measures taken against you within the community server
- You use AI in any part of your application
- You submit more than one application, or are currently barred from applying
- Your application is unserious in nature or low-effort
Applications will no longer be reviewed past February 15, 2026
