Thank you to everyone who offered prayers and wishes for my uncle’s soul. His case is now fully resolved, though we spent quite some time with the traditional Chinese funeral arrangements.

We have recently received formal reports indicating that certain server staff have been displaying unprofessional and rude behaviour towards our community team members. In response to these concerns, and to ensure every interaction remains respectful, courteous and constructive for everyone involved, we have formally implemented this clear progressive warning structure to uphold our shared standards:

1. First Official Warning – Issued for initial minor breaches, instances of unfriendly conduct or areas requiring immediate improvement.
2. Second Official Warning – Issued promptly if the same discourteous behaviour continues unresolved or another violation of our partnership conduct guidelines occurs.
3. Final Formal Warning – This serves as your last critical opportunity to correct the issue, adjust staff conduct and bring operations fully back into compliance; any further rude treatment or non‑compliance will lead directly to decisive action.
4. Blacklist & Full Partnership Termination – Should unacceptable behaviour persist after receiving the final warning, your partnership will be officially blacklisted and permanently terminated, with all partnership privileges, access and benefits revoked entirely and immediately.

We urge you to take this matter seriously, review our partnership guidelines thoroughly with your whole team, and actively remind your staff to communicate with kindness, respect and professionalism at all times. Thank you for your understanding and your commitment to positive cooperation.
