The Prod. By | Music Production community is implementing several server updates over the next few days. These changes include adding an Ardour DAW role, introducing a new experience-level role system, and restructuring the sample category with new sections for presets, one-shots, and drum kits. These updates aim to improve server organization and cater to user requests.
There's going to be a few updates to the server within the next couple of days.
- I added @Ardour as a daw role since we've had multiple people asking to add it (you can grab it in #┃self-roles)
- There's also a new category in the Channels & Roles section asking how many years of experience you have which will give you a role depending on your answer. there will be a picture below
(It seems like discord is trying to get rid of having channels like #┃self-roles so I won't be updating it there and will most likely be locking the channel from public view sometime later).
The sample category will be changed by tomorrow and will have sections based on the type of loop/sample it is. I'll also be adding a preset/ one-shot and drum-kit category to the server again.
