Teen Art Journaling Workshop in Beirut

Journaling Art Workshop for teens

My friend has been curating these wonderful workshops in Beirut, and next Friday she's planning a new workshop for teens. She will provide hundreds of items to design their own journals.

What she's doing is something we really need. This world is becoming more and more addicted to their screens and there should be more such activities that bring back the concept of fun in the real world offline.

Did i get robbed?

i just bought my first ever car from a car dealer. he told me if i pay i can take the car on the same day. I think i just got too excited and accepted it. i payed an additional 1000$ fee for the car registration as i agreed with him. He gave me the car with a yellow plate under his name. 2 working days later hes asking me to do all the paperwork for the car. did i get robbed? wasnt it supposed to be his job since im paying him 1k extra? Also, what is the normal procedure when i buy a new car from a random dealer including registration fees?

I was wondering if there are any support groups or communities of family members of cancer patients? I’m the daughter of a cancer patient, and thankfully managing well given the circumstances. But it sometimes gets too much to handle, and I would benefit from some camaraderie and shared experiences, especially given the dire situation of the country and the fact that as a child of my parents, I feel like I’m the one parenting or taking care of them since I became an adult…

Looking for help finding a location

My aunt is looking for the location of her dad’s old apartment building, which was located in the Hazmieh area. She told me it was in the Martakla neighborhood. She went to go visit last month but couldn’t find it even after asking around. All she had was this picture of a nearby intersection and a photo of the building from 2009.
