Today I begin writing the essay which I will remember tomorrow when I go to have lunch. I choose two essays. One is about food, one is about metta.
Metta is one of the things I did not remember before I took the exam, but the exam has two questions about this one. Also, Metta is a very important thing in daily life, so I decide to remember it, even though the exam is over.

《生于忧患，死于安乐》
孟子
舜发于畎亩之中，傅说举于版筑之间，胶鬲举于鱼盐之中，管夷吾举于士，孙叔敖举于海，百里奚举于市。
故天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。
人恒过然后能改；困于心衡于虑而后作；征于色发于声而后喻。入则无法家拂士，出则无敌国外患者，国恒亡。
然后知生于忧患而死于安乐也。

所以上天要降下重大使命在这样的人身上，必须先使他的内心痛苦，使他的筋骨劳累，使他经受饥饿，使他受到贫困，使他做事不顺利。经过这样的方式使他的心惊动，使他的性格坚强起来，增加他所没有的才能。
人常常犯错误，这样之后才能改正。内心被困扰，思虑被堵塞，然后有所作为。憔悴枯槁表此刻脸色上，吟咏叹息之气发于声音，然后人们才了解他。在国内如果没有守法度的大臣或辅佐君主的贤士，在国外如果没有敌对的国家或祸患，国家常常灭亡。
这样之后才明白，在忧患中得以生存发展，而在安逸享乐中则会萎靡死亡。

I've been sick for around five days. A lot of pain happens to me and lasts a long time. It usually arises in the afternoon until night. When I fall asleep, I don't feel pain anymore.
Yesterday, I finally talked about this situation to a friend. He listened to me, asked some questions, and he suggested I ask others if they have medicine for pain, which is ibuprofen.
This morning, I went to find the medicine for pain. Although it isn't ibuprofen, it can work for my pain.
Finally, I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon today.
