Why do we need to conduct eliminations?

We need to eliminate moderators who do not follow the rules or whom the community overwhelmingly dislikes.

Why didn’t we hold a meeting before hosting the poll?

We were unable to discuss the eliminations directly with management and needed to consult with another administrative team member who was inactive at the time.

Why is the administration not addressing the controversy caused by misunderstandings?

The server administrator is allowing this to play out to showcase the abilities (or lack thereof) of the moderators involved. Moderators who break rules or ridicule the process demonstrate their unsuitability for their roles.

Why didn’t we notify anyone about the elimination poll?

The poll's title, "Eliminate a Moderator," clearly indicated its purpose: to remove mod powers, not to kick individuals from the management team. We assumed this would be understood.

Have the staff done something seriously wrong?

Some staff members forced votes or solicited votes from non-community members. This is against the rules. Staff should respect the process and request votes appropriately.

Is Dragonspire's elimination due to bad management?

Every staff member excels in their respective areas, whether in event hosting, moderation, or administration. We are simply trying to determine the most suitable roles for each individual.

What will happen after the polls?

We will reassign staff members based on their abilities and the community’s feedback. Those who broke rules or are disliked by the community will lose their moderator powers but may be reassigned to other roles.

Why didn’t we address these loopholes before hosting the poll?

We acknowledge this oversight. However, we expected participants to exercise common sense and understand the poll's purpose.

Is it true that we will kick staff or remove all their roles after the poll?

No, we will not kick anyone or clear all their roles. Spreading false information is against server guidelines.
