📢 KYC Update
For participants with a PENDING or ABANDONED Status for their KYC verification, we have reset your status.
You can now start the process over.
Here are a few tips for a smooth completion:
- Once you start, complete the verification in one go. Do not close the page or leave it idle. The process only takes a few minutes from start to finish.
- Use a crypto-friendly browser such as Brave or Chrome. Avoid Firefox and Safari.
Start the verification on desktop rather than mobile.- If your PC does not have a camera, do not upload images. Instead,
clickthe"Continue on phone"button and scan the QR code. The final step requires a selfie, and switching to mobile verification is not possible once images have been uploaded.
