📌 SUPPORT UPDATE — TICKET QUEUE

Hey ,

Quick transparency update from the support side: we're currently experiencing a significant queue following our latest announcement, which triggered a large influx of tickets. If you're dealing with a genuine issue, I'm genuinely sorry for the delay — we see you, and we're working through it.

That said, I need to flag something important: we're also seeing a high number of false-positive tickets — issues opened without first checking the rules or taking the time to understand how the platform works. Every one of these adds unnecessary load and slows things down for everyone, including those with real, urgent problems.

So here's my ask: please be compliant with our support bot. When you open a ticket, you'll be guided by an AI system built specifically to handle this — and it's genuinely capable, but only if you give it what it needs. To get a fast, accurate resolution, make sure your ticket clearly includes:

  1. What you were doing
  2. What you expected to happen
  3. What actually happened
  4. A screenshot

Give it that, and the process moves fast. Skip it, and you're just adding yourself to the back of the queue.

In other news, as of the latest app update, purchasing challenges with your payout balance is now possible

To clarify, any existing customers from a restricted region can either:
- Get KYCed through our support ticket. You can still receive payouts
- Get refunded in full on paid challenges

Propr Policy Update: Jurisdiction Restrictions

Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting new customers who hold the nationality of, or are resident in, the following jurisdictions:

  • Nigeria
  • Bangladesh
  • Pakistan
  • Burkina Faso
  • Kazakhstan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Tajikistan
  • Turkmenistan
  • Uzbekistan

Either condition triggers the restriction. Affected individuals can no longer purchase challenges or be funded. This applies to existing customers as well: no new challenge purchases from these jurisdictions, regardless of account history.

Existing customers can continue trading their current accounts and receiving payouts as normal.

This update adds TradingView Advanced Charts. We've also restricted trading on assets with less than $500k in daily volume. If you hold a position in a delisted asset, it's now in reduce-only mode.

Update on instant payouts: we're starting a gradual rollout of the new risk engine in the next 24h to a subset of users, with full rollout by the end of next week.

Given this weekend's events (see above), it will include stronger gating and cooldown mechanisms. Payouts and accounts flagged by the risk engine will go through additional manual review.

Regardless, our policy stands: all valid payouts are guaranteed within 24h.

Services restored, we switched providers

We're experiencing an issue with Hydromancer, our third-party Hyperliquid data provider.

Any account breached as a result will be reinstated with a new account.

We are hotfixing an issue in production, expect a downtime of 10 min shortly

Propr Risk Update: PARA Payout Incident

For clarity on what happened:

A user took positions in low-liquidity assets listed by the PARA deployer, in a way that produced outsized PnL relative to the underlying market depth. Roughly $68k was paid out and withdrawn over the last 48 hours.

This exposed a gap in our automated risk checks. We will continuously improve our risk system. In the interim, larger payouts will go through manual review.

All assets listed by PARA have now been delisted and the user/address has been reported to relevant authorities.

Normal users of the platform aren't impacted, the "exploit cost" is fully covered by our excess cash. Our real time financials are published on our transparency dashboard.
