Starlight Inn Updates Onboarding Mod Mail Survey

Hello! A couple important server @Announcements ~
First, as you may have seen, we enabled Community a few days ago. Today we also turned on onboarding, which means some channels and roles may look a little different now. Head to the top of the server list and click “Channels & Roles” to make sure you have everything selected that you want, including pings in the roles tab.
In addition, we’ve moved away from ticketing and are now using mod mail. If you need to reach staff for any question or concern, go to the member list, find the mod mail bot at the top, and send it a DM. When staff respond, it will come through that same DM thread.
If staff need to reach you for something like a rule break, you’ll get a message from Dyno explaining what rule we’re asking you to revisit. If you don’t have DMs from server members enabled, we highly recommend turning them on so you don’t miss anything. Please keep in mind that two infractions on the same rule will result in a ban, so we want to make sure you have the chance to review things if needed.
Lastly, we now have a Starlight Inn survey You can fill it out anonymously, but if you include your Discord username, you’ll be entered into a quarterly Steam key drawing.
