So im a bit on the fence here about what I am. Am I a femboy? Am I a Trans girl? I have no fucking clue cause there are so many aspects of both that I like. This brings me to the question tho, do I start estrogen cause identity can be more moldable but I want to look as feminine as I can so I just wanna get help through the decision. This is the starting point btw

world isnt binary, its actually almost never either yes or no, you can stay a femboy but take estrogen, become a girl, actually what you would become is your choice, decision whether you take it or not should be answered by "do you feel like you want to do it and you wont regret it?"
but yes, taking on note what you said "i want to look as feminine as i can", you must know that it definitely will make you as feminine as possible
considering all of above, currently you gave no reasons to not do it, so the answer should be clear

Hormones haves health risks. Happiness and health go hand and hand. I recommend be natural. I'm closeted too. I actually prefer it.
