Seeking Help Escaping Abusive Father in Germany

I need help REMOVING my biological father as he poses an active risk to my safety, any advice will be appreciated (he’s illegally looking through my old conversations and what not and trying to get state police involved while living in Germany)

The way I win the war of no contact is by having no contact
Even talking to him will aid him
Nah a CT is a whole lot more
Him even calling the cops to ur location can get him in trouble
he's attempting to use them internationally as a method of theft
