If you’re just starting out with femboy fashion, here are a few places that have worked for me.
I’ve gone to Ross to look for clothes because it’s affordable and you can try things on. Just keep in mind that someone usually counts your items at the fitting room, and you may have to use the men’s fitting room. Other guys might see what you’re bringing in, so you just have to be comfortable with that. If you are, it’s honestly a good place to experiment and figure out your sizing.
I’ve also gone to Walmart, and they actually have some good stuff if you take your time and look around. You can sometimes find basics there that work really well.
I also like Hot Topic, Forever 21, and Spencer’s. The vibe in stores like Hot Topic and Spencer’s feels more alternative, so people tend to be less judgmental.
For online shopping, Amazon, Temu, and SHEIN are easy options with a lot of variety.
I haven’t tried Target yet, but they probably have some good things too. I also haven’t really gone to the mall specifically to shop for this, but that’s probably another good place to check out since there are a lot of different stores in one area.
I’m still pretty new to this too, but this is what’s been working for me. The hardest part is finding clothes that actually fit right, so trying things on in-store (like at Ross) can really help you figure out your sizing before you order more online.
