How do I make a routine for skin care, stomach and pictorial related fat loss, and etc? I'd like to say my thighs are decently sized but they are more fat based. How do I keep thicker thighs but not to the point where it's like showing muscle and shit?
Also how do I get clothes online without my parent finding them? I'm closeted and just want to be cute but I struggle with so much to the point where stress is having an effect on my physical appearance making me seem older than I am. Please help me.

Try to take photos everyday with same lightning and clothing for the pictorial fat loss

Do leg press, goblet squats and barbell squats, Bulgarian splits squats, hip thrust and Romanian deadlift 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps 2-3 times a week for thick thighs

To get clothes online created an account and buy them and after the clothes reach make sure to pick it up at the post office and delete the account and the records

deleting the accounts is maybe extreme i resue mine i just only use them in private browser so its not saved and when ordering making sure it wont arrive at my house so i pick it up and hide it
