Img Perms Update & New Rule 18 Added

The Img/Gif Perms has been reverted back to @‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ │🤩│Level 10│🤩│‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ though with a little change being that you wont be able to send External Emojis/Stickers and that perms can only be available when you reach @‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ │🎇│Level 20│🎇│ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎

I will be mentioning the other ways to get Img perms

  • Using any of the tags that the server offers
    will grant you Img Perms when using the tag and disappears when you take it off
  • Boosting the server
    will grant you Img Perms and allows you to send External Emoji/Sticker
  • Through Staff
    **In some cases an admin+ staff member will give you Img perms but im not suggesting you befriend them and try to be a staff's favorite member. **

Also a new rule added about Controversial Topics which is Rule 18 for now and will be moved under Rule 5 once kumie wakes up
- There will be no Jew jokes and no talking about feet
- Do not talk about something relating to the israelis as we keep the chat from controversial topics obviously
