Server Update: New Manager & Tag Focus

but also we have deleted the server with the :3 tag (not enough people used it) so thats why its gone from the server lists from now on we will focus on the femboy, twink and fluffy server tags (along with the gay one here) and once we can get those servers stabilized we'll continue on with newer ones :3

also we added colors for , and changed #📖・rule-book

also last but not DEFINETLY not least, we are looking for managers and people good at bringing others together so if you do well in that aspect DM MEEEEEE!!!!!!!! :Bonkers_Dot_GG_femboiss: again sorry for so many pings, they will slow as time goes on and things are fixed and put back to normal.
