if you're still here is there a way to get the updated version of the mod instead of using the older versions on the website

sorry one more question if it's a modpack do i drag the entire modpack folder in or just the mods fold thats inside the modpack folder?

They usually update every 24 hours.
it's the superior rpg modpack
the one thats on curse forge is v1.7.9.4 and the one on the website is a few versions behind that i can't remember what version exactly but it was out of date

I've pushed an update to the modpack. Could you refresh your game panel and go to Versions -> Modpacks tab to see if there's an update for it?
