Support is one of the most important parts of WiseHosting, so weโve just shipped a set of upgrades to both our ticketing system and knowledge base to make getting help faster and easier.
Help & Support tab got an upgrade
Weโve redesigned the entire Help & Support tab in the billing panel so everything related to support lives in one clear place.
- ๐ New ticket form with just the key fields (service, subject, message)
- ๐ฌ Cleaner ticket view with clearer staff/client messages
- ๐ Live alerts for new replies so you donโt need to keep refreshing
Knowledge base, but actually nice to use
The knowledge base now matches the main WiseHosting site, so no more flashbang white pages when you open an article.
