Semuta Cartel: Hagga Basin Exploit Update

Hey Sleepers,

We would like to follow up on the Hagga Basin incident that happened earlier this week. As we announced previously, we have been investigating and issued game sanctions to those we found to have abused this exploit. We have issued permanent bans to those we have found to have partaken in this exploit extensively and with clear intent to harm the progress of other players, while a temporary 14 day suspension has been issued to those who participated in this exploit to a lesser extent.

If you have been affected by these sanctions, please know that you can contact customer support to appeal your suspension. You can contact our support team through their platform.
Our customer support portal is the only platform through which you can appeal our decision.

This breach of the game’s core rules should never have occurred. Although we deployed a fix as soon as possible, some players were still affected by the exploit and the resulting rollbacks on some servers. We have read all your feedback and we fully understand how frustrating this loss of progression has been for you. We will address this further in our upcoming Developer Update
