Semuta Cartel: Servers Back! 1.3.0.1 Hotfix Live

The servers are coming back online and patch notes for 1.3.0.1 Hotfix are available.

FIXES
- Fixed a crash that could happen if a specific placeable was in a base backed up before the Chapter 3 update, and the player unholstered the Base Reconstruction Tool after the update.
- Fixed an issue where players could end up blocked in the story if they missed the “Investigate the suboid corpse” step in the Extinguishing the Flames Journey.
- This fix does not address the issue retroactively for those who experienced it before this version was released. A retroactive fix will be included in the next hotfix, to be released as soon as possible.
