Harold Disabled on YouTube/Kick for Repair

The issue stems from Harold not using a default queue system, causing it to create simultaneous jobs that risk resource issues and fast API calls. Why? I need to repair him.
Long story short 🪼 🫘 --> 
System is not defaulted to that of a "queue" system, so when requests come in, he don't care. He's going to create a new job each time and do them at the same time. Could cause issues with resource availability, and, API calls happening too fast.
This is a large overhaul to its current structure, and requires migrations of my things to other things, blah blah blah, so in mean time to avoid issues while live, limited to just 
for now. Expect fix before Saturdays live stream
