Hello Wisterwildlings! I've noticed the past two runs of Arcane Leveling, the only top 5 members are those in Cottage Crew, Cam and Myself which doesn't seem super fair so I'm starting Arcane Leveling from scratch and those of us on the team will not be able to participate. I'll be resetting levels here in a moment and will start the weekly reset over again. Here's to a fresh Week 1! The new schedule for Arcane Level resets: Week 1 October 18 Week 2 October 25 Week 3 November 1 Week 4 November 8 First drawing will take place on or around 11/8 with a new monthly scoreboard starting fresh! This includes all temporary bases and supplies left outside your claimed areas. ### Hint:.### Team up with someone if you're not able to claim land yet! Quick little clarification I want to share — and a big thank you to @[Spirit of the Wild] _Luxina ☠ a for catching this one! 🌸 When you deposit money into your **/lands bank** from your personal **/balance**, *every* Lands transaction will always pull from your Lands bank **first** — this includes both **new land claims** *and* **upkeep payments**. If your Lands bank doesn’t have enough to cover the full amount, it’ll automatically use your personal balance for the rest. 🌿 **Why this matters:** If you pre-deposit your upkeep funds and then claim additional chunks afterward, those claim costs may use your Lands bank balance before upkeep is due. 💡 **Tip:** After making new claims, double-check your `/lands balance` to make sure you have enough in your Lands account to cover upkeep.

🌿 Happy Tuesday, Wisterwildlings! 🌿 We’ve got some exciting progress to share as we continue shaping a more sustainable and ever-evolving world for everyone to explore! I learned a ton while working on chunk trimming today, and I’m thrilled to roll out what’s next for Wisterwild’s long-term world management. ## **✨ What’s New:** ## - 🏡 **Claim Your Land: **Moving forward, all builds and items you want preserved will need to be inside a claimed chunk using /lands claim. - The regular wilderness regeneration schedule still applies so claim your land if you don't want it reset during monthly chunk trimming! - 💰 **Updated Chunk Costs:** - Your first chunk remains free (woo!). - The **second chunk** costs **$250**. - Starting from the third chunk, each new claim increases by **10%** (for example: $250 → $275 → $302.50 → $332.75, and so on). *This price may not show up in game until the server runs its next reboot.* - These new rates apply to chunks you claim *from here on out* — everything you already own stays as is. - 🗓️ **Monthly Trims:** Regular world trims will now happen monthly to keep things fresh! The next scheduled trim is **Tuesday, November 4th** (tentative). ## **🌍 Why This Matters:** ## This system keeps the world vibrant and full of discovery — allowing mineshafts, ancient cities, trial chambers, and other structures to *regenerate* with *fresh loot* each month. Only claimed player areas and key community builds like spawn and market will stay intact, while the rest of the world rejuvenates for new adventures!
