Wisterwild: Lag Protection Fixes Underway!

I'm working on my own fixes for some gaps in the current lag protection plugins (you may have noticed their abyss and insta-leaf decay have stopped working... grrrrrr). I'm not about to add yet another plugin just because I need 1 or 2 features out of the entire setup :TT_babysigh:

Please anticipate some minor spikes and/or notifications you may be unfamiliar with while I work :w_ijustworkhere:
